Ben Sherman T Shirt collection

Ben Sherman was born Arthur Benjamin Sugarman in 1927. He was the son of a salesman and born in Brighton.UK. In the 1960's the company made it's mark with fashionable short sleeved, button down collared shirts the first of which was a red/white/navy gingham design which they named "The House Shirt". The brand became very popular with the "Mods and Rockers". If you watch the film  "Quadrophenia" you'll get a glimpse of the culture of that time in 1960's Britain. This is a vertical stripe in Forrest/Black combo in Viscose/Polyamide knit fabric.
